#36 – B.R.B. (Black-/Rasp-/Blue-berry)

Bottled (25) 375ml and (12) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 15% ABV on 26 October 2013.

Unlike #18 B.R.B., its successor is not frizzante…  It does, however, maintain its predecessor’s color, nose, and multi-balanced-berry flavor!  Bubbles or not, this is still a great wine that can easily stand up to (and compliment) a good steak.
