#39 – Elderberry Pomegranate

Bottled (24) 375ml and (12) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 15% ABV on 19 November 2013.

The #24 Elderberry Pomegranate was so good, that I was compelled to make more.  But this time, it wasn’t just about what to do with the leftovers from other projects — it was all about the elderberries and pomegranate and trying to re-create the right proportion between the two!

While it’s not 100% exactly the same, it’s just as good, if not better.  It still has that signature dark red-violet color and an even better balance between the elderberry and pomegranate!  Another good steak wine!
