#43 – Mango
Bottled (33) 375ml and (6) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 15½% ABV on 3 July 2014.
Tried a different source of mangos than what I used for #7 and #19 — although they were more yellow than orange, I believe this is my best mango wine yet! At the very least, at a mere 15½%, it’s less dangerous than the previous ones! 😉
This wine is very clear white wine, with just a hint of light yellow. There’s not much nose on it, but what’s there is quite delicate. It’s rather smooth on the tongue, with a delicious not-too-sweet mango flavor, and a clean finish.

Me and my friends like your mango wine, because it doesn’t taste like anything we know of, and on top of that,it actually tastes good!:P Also, I like the fact that it is not sweet like other fruit wines.
