#44 – Garlic IV
Bottled (11) 750ml and (26) 376ml (from 5 gallons) at 14½% ABV on 17 October 2014.
This is the culmination of several (failed) batches to see exactly how far I could push the garlic… Unfortunately, there seems to be a tipping point after which it’s very difficult to keep the fermentation going.
This “fourth” garlic wine is similar to #30 Garlic III, and of course its predecessor, #22 Garlic, but with a bit less “hot” on the alcohol side of things. It’s still awesome for AllTheThings™ that my garlic wine is good for!
