#46 – Peach

Bottled (12) 750ml and (24) 375ml (from 5 gallons) at 15% ABV on 14 March 2015 (aka “π day”).

It had been quite a long time since I had done #12 Peach and #13 Dark Peach, and I was curious how it might turn out with all the experience I’ve gained in the interim…

The wine is a clear light-yellow, and extremely light on the nose.  What’s lacking in the aroma is more than made up for the smooth, flavorful peach taste.  I think I might have learned a thing or two since 2011…  😉
