#55 – “Hail Eris!”

Bottled (8) 375ml and (21) 750ml from 5 gallons at 15% ABV on 1 July 2018.

A co-ferment of some leftover odds and ends I found in the freezer!  😉  Bing and Rainier cherries, blueberry, strawberry, mango, peach, pineapple, and even some rhubarb.
