#2 – Peach

Bottled (13) 750ml (from 3 gallons) with an ABV of 17.5% on 4 December 2010.

For my second/third wines, I brought back a couple boxes of peaches from Yakima on my way back from Burning Man 2010.  Sweet and peachy.

Update 9 December 2013…  Opened the “aging reserve for 2013″ bottle tonight…  Seems to be smoothing out a bit, but the residual sugars and peach flavors still remain.  Sweeter and thicker than the wines I’m making these days.
