#6 – Marionberry
Bottled (13) 750ml (from 3 gallons) at 12% ABV on 12 February 2011.
Revisited 23 December 2013 from a reserve bottle that was set aside for 2013… This is still a very nice wine, but like most of my early wines, a bit on the sweeter side — mostly because fermentation stopped at 12% (instead of continuing to ferment totally dry like it did for the next two marionberries).
