#9 – Strawberry

Bottled (20) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 19% ABV on 16 July 2011.

Revisited the 2013 reserve on 30 December 2013…  Strong strawberry nose, sharp strawberry tart taste, and of course the alcohol zing is still there.  I think I’m liking this batch a little more now than I did after I bottled it, either it’s aged well, or my palate’s evolved somewhat… 🙂
