#12 – Peach

Bottled (21) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 16% ABV on 20 November 2011.

On the way back from Burning Man 2011, I again stopped in Yakima to pick up some fruit for winemaking — and came back with enough peaches, nectarines, and pears to nearly fill my fridge!  Half the peaches became the second dark peach, and the other half became this.

Opened a “Reserved for 2013” on 8 January 2014…  It’s smoother, more mellow, and less like brandy than the first peach, but it’s also not as crystal clear as the first one currently is (although it still has quite a nice color).  Peach flavor still comes out quite nicely.
