#13 – Dark Peach
Bottled (24) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 17% ABV on 29 January 2012.
This “Dark Peach” is not as dark (or as thick) as its dark peach predecessor — primarily because the ratio of brown-to-normal sugar was 1:1 instead of 1:0. Still significantly darker than the second non-dark peach, with more subtle hints of that complex flavor that the first dark peach had.
Opened the 2013 Reserve on 10 January 2014, it’s smoothing out and aging pretty well.
