#29 – Strawnierbingy (Strawberry, Rainier Cherry, Bing Cherry)

Bottled (19) 375ml and (9) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 18.25% ABV on 2 February 2013.

I had some leftover Rainier and Bing cherries in the freezer.  By themselves, not enough to make a batch by itself, but perhaps if I added some strawberries as well…  Hm…  Why not?

The result is an incredible, dark-blush colored wine.  The nose is almost all strawberry, but tempered ever so slightly.  The taste is an amazing balance of strawberry and cherry.  Dangerously delicious!
