#30 – Garlic III

Bottled (28) 375ml and (12) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 18.50% on Friday 13 February 2013.

This was an attempt to get close to what the first batch of garlic wine was like, and make more (because it was almost gone!)  While I did get close, it’s not quite the same.  Some of my “beta testers” like the original better, some like this one better.  Perhaps, there’s a garlic wine that’s right for everyone! 🙂

I’ve personally used this in marinades for steak/pork on the grill, egg scrambles, and also added it to bolognese sauce (wow!)…
