#34 – Marionberry

Bottled (28) 375ml and (10) 750ml (from 5 gallons) at 13% ABV on 23.June.2013.

This, my third batch of marionberry wine turned out very well and is a favorite of my “beta testers”…  In many ways it’s very much like a red grape wine with tannins, but it has that extra berry flavor.  Goes well with steak…
